La’Twan Mushayi
I’m a proponent for women feeling empowered to accomplish their professional goals, while also fulfilling their roles as mothers, partners, friends, and more!
I know what it feels like to worry if being career driven will clash with the responsibilities of your personal life.
It pains me to know that many women are silently battling symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, depression, and internal turmoil because they can not balance the demands of work and their home life.

I believe women should be able to run and lead companies while also taking care of themselves and their loved ones.
Being an executive-level leader or business owner is something to be proud of and grateful for. There is a problem when you begin to dread the work you were once passionate about.
This is why I lighten the load for women executive leaders like you; so you can lead and thrive!
I have both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of West Georgia, and am a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals. I have 7 years of well-rounded experience in customer service, office and department management, business administration, grant writing and management, and program coordination. I use all the skills I’ve gained through my previous work experience to support and uplift women in leadership in technology companies.
When I’m not working, you can find me investing in community-based organizations in Zimbabwe that empower women to gain financial literacy skills, pursue entrepreneurship, and accomplish economic mobility.
I also enjoy spending time with my family, reading a good book, writing, or enjoying the outdoors.
